How do I sell my phone?

Come on into our location located downtown at 98 East 13th Ave Suite D. When selling your phone to us it is a secure and easy process that takes about 10 minutes. You just need to be 18 or older and have a valid form of I.D. (yes we do check to see if the phone is stolen) We pride ourselves in being fair and honest. 

**Not all phones are worth money but the ones that aren't we still take in to recycle or donate. Give us a call to see if yours is worth selling. 

 

What happens to my personal information on the phone?

Each phone we purchase is factory restored and wiped clean of all information. 

 

How much will you pay me for my phone?

My phone is broken/Water Damages/ETC. Would you still buy it? 

Yes, in most cases we will still buy it from you. Depending on the damage of the phone and the type of phone.

We typically buy most newer smart phones and some newer basic phones.

If I don't want to spend the money to fix my phone what should I with it?

We will buy it from you. Believe it or not your broken phone is still worth money.  Depending on the damage of the phone

Do you buy older flip phone?
We usually don't pay money for older basic phones. There is not much demand for them these days.  However we do promote recycling your phone to keep them out of the landfill. You can drop them off at our store to be recycled or find another recycling center near you.
